HW: Read another 100 pages of your book by Monday 9/22.
I walked into class, sat down, and wrote the agenda down in my binder reminder. After, we took a minute and Jack read out his blog. Then, we started correcting Jack's blog, and Ms. Nakada asked the class after each sentence if it was a simple or complex sentence. Once we were done, Ms. Nakada said, "That was an excellent blog," and she walked over to the board and gave us a point, as the class cheered. After she gave the point, we started discussing which day we wanted pizza on. In the end, the class agreed for pizza on Thursday.
Before we started the test, Ms. Nakada went over the notes of the week and asked for examples of stereotypes from the poem. Then, she asked the class to take out their Chromebooks to start the quiz. During the quiz, loud noises came from the other classrooms which caused some people to laugh. Ms. Nakada closed the door but I could still hear the noises. Once I finished, I looked around the class with boredom waiting to go home.
A few minutes later, the class put up our chairs, the bell rang, and we left.
