HW: Read and write a poem a day!
I came to class running away from George, because he was trying to assault me. I got into class and took my seat, and Matthew started attacking me too. After that Jenson and Josiah shared their blog. They only had two errors, and we got a point. Ameliana and Chrysta were asking Josiah to pick me, so they did. I picked Chrysta as my partner.
We got the question "Who are you as a person and a poet?" We all wrote our answers in our notebooks. Then, we read "The Laughing Heart" by Charles Bukowski. We discussed the poem and understood how it was considered poetry.
We read our 14th poem "The Laughing Heart" by Charles Bukowski and wrote our 14th poem. I wrote mine about me writing my poem with my eyes closed, because I did. We had a few minutes left, so we did another poem. Then, we packed up and left.
