School Trip: Quiz #2
HW: Finish School Trip
I walked in class and was welcomed by Ms. Nakada. I quickly sat down and got my materials out, ready for class. Then, Ms. Nakada told us our agenda and also gave us our breathing break. Then, Jonathan came up to the front of the class and started reading his blog. After he was finished, he then called on me. I got my backpack and brought it to the front, then sat down and started working on my blog. After that quick moment, Ms. Nakada asked everyone to talk to their neighbor about their history as a reader. Once everyone had their moment of talking, Ms. Nakada told us about hers. Then, she moved on to the topic of Bob Marley's song; "Redemption Song." She then asked us of the meaning of 'redemption' and continued onto this topic by showing us Bob Marley's song. After the song was finished, Ms. Nakada explained the meaning and tone of this song, then told the class to write down their favorite lyric. Ms. Nakada then gave us a line from School Trip. She again, explained what Jordan was saying. Once she was done, she told the class to start packing up.
