Week 12: Grammar Quote

HW: Book Projects due Tomorrow!
I walked into class and sat down in my seat. I took out my agenda and started writing down what we had to do today. After I sat down and started writing down my agenda, we all listened to Edgar's blog and sadly we didn't get a point. Ms. Nakada said that we didn't get a point because we had to do too many corrections for his blog.
We then started our creatober. The timer went off and some people had 30 of their creatober's done, so Ms. Nakada started grading them. Olivia then showed her drawings to the class, and it was Frigo Camelo and Trippi Troppi. After that, we wrote down in our table of contents ,and we got to 20 pages in our notebooks, and Ms. Nakada said that she was going to grade them.
After that, we started on Week 12. We started working on our grammar which was responding to Essay Prompts. Then, we started working on the 5 steps that would help us when we write essay prompts. Ms. Nakada then passed out a paper of things that you have to do in each paragraph of your essay.
The paper was about choosing one prompt to write about either about banned books, School Trip, or The Outsiders. There was a personal prompt, an argumentative prompt, and an informational prompt. We then started writing down our quote which was "This is your novel, and only you know how to write it." Roxanne Gay.
After that, we worked on NaNoWriMo Prep and after that we packed up and left.
