NaNoWriMo Day 3
Week 13: Grammar/Quote
The Outsiders essay Body paragraphs
I walked into class and sat down next to Jonathan. We took a minute and wrote down the agenda in our binder-reminders. Zoey and Norah read their very long blog to the class while laughing the whole time. Ben was sitting in the corner and smelling his hands. Zoey and Norah both yelled my name to announce that they picked me for the blog. Sebastian told me not to pick him for the blog, and then Nolan said to pick Jonathan. Jonathan told me not to pick him, and I asked him for three good reasons not to choose him. He said his reasons were because he is Mongolian, and he sits next to me. He could not think of another reason. Once I got my my stuff over to the desk, Ms. Nakada logged me into the computer and Ben started talking in a weird voice to Ms. Nakada. After that, we started working on our novels for ten minutes. Once we were done with that, Ms. Nakada asked us what percentage of our novels we are done with. There were lots of 0%, but Olivia had the most amount of words and was done with 12% of her novel.
We got out our English notebooks and started our grammar for this week. Ms. Nakada told us about different books with different P.O.V.'s. We read our quote, which was "Have no fear of perfection, you will never reach it" by Salvador Dali. We looked at his mustache and his lobster phone, and then we packed up and left.
